Life is stressful, but the easiest stress to eliminate is the stress we cause to our self.
Many of us make unnecessary demands upon our selves. We think we should be perfect or we think we are personally responsible for everything that happens. Holding these ideals sets us up for a great deal of stress. Who says, You have to be perfect? What makes you think you are the only one who is responsible for what is happening in your life? Who says you are the only one who can make a difference?
Please reconsider:

If I don’t . nobody else will.
If I want .done right, I’ll have to do it myself.

Above are the ways we put our selves under stress. A different frame of mind allows us to manage life, but without self-induced stress. The above becomes:
I would like to be on time for.
I hope I’ll be able to
I want to ….so I can be sure I’ll like it.
I want…
However, a different frame of mind is not easy to cultivate. Life long patterns are at work here and changes can often produce some anxiety or mild depression. However, these symptoms are curable and not so dangerous to your body as stress.
IT’S BETTER TO LIVE IN THE WORLD, THAN HAVE IT ON YOUR SHOULDERS.
